I had just the best experience ever when I took my 10 year old Cat in there. He is very shy, hates to travel and does not like strangers at all. They took such good care of him that he remained pretty calm through the whole experience. I was able to stay with him the whole time without even having to ask or insist. A very clam and welcoming office. It is the only place our two cats will be going to from now on.
